The storage locations were indoors and we needed to unload our truck and cart our belongings into the storage area. This was rather inconvenient and the carts given to us or not in general large enough to handle some of our bigger items. It would have been nice to have a storage unit that we could unload from the truck directly into. Other than that this was a great location and we really appreciated the helpfulness of the staff.

My reservation was not “assigned” despite me receiving a text confirmation and my dolly was left out of the truck that I had reserved and paid for. It was made right l, and I received a complimentary appliance dolly. I was appreciative, but it took almost an hour for me to get from my house, all the way back to uhaul, and then back to my house with the dollly.

There is a serious gas leak in the gas tank. My friends and family all noticed it and felt nauseous especially me as I drove 4 hour drive to get the truck from Asheville to Durham North Carolina. I'm seriously considering going to the doctor to have this looked at cuz I still feel nauseous and very weak. Any of my friends to help me move feel nauseous as well. Highly recommend you get this vehicle checked out I noticed that the amount of gas I put in it one evening was lower the next morning even though I had driven it nowhere.

We couldn't open moving help due to an very old email was embedded in the personal information. A prompt is needed to ask if the email in system is current. The person at UHaul tried to print our move information for us.

The front tires on the truck I rented were severely out of balance which would cause the truck to vibrate excessively at highway speeds. The vibration would come up through the steering wheel, so the front tires are likely the culprits. The truck was in good condition, otherwise.

I was told to return the truck on Tuesday. When I showed up the manager told me it was supposed to be there by 2 PM. I explained that customer service only told me "by Tuesday." Rana seemed not to care in the least and charged me an extra $40. I'm never renting from you again.

We had an a scheduled appointment time for the truck pickup, but we had to wait about 20 minutes before anyone even spoke to us. Then, they could not find the key. When we got to the truck, it was very scratched up. When we tried to start the truck, it had no gas - literally empty. After waiting another 30 minutes, they finally told us they needed to fill up a 5 gallon jug with gas. When they returned, we then had to fill up the tank on our own. After we had loaded the truck, we learned that the truck had no air conditioning, which we had to drive 9 hours in 90 degree weather. Also, the charging outlets did not work, so we had to stop for a half hour on our drive to charge our phone for the GPS.

Customer service was great at the Asheville location When I arrived at my location trying to return the uhaul and the auto transport was nearly impossible I went to 5 different locations to drop the truck and auto transport off burning another 1/4 tank of fuel very dissatisfied with customer service trying to return the rentals

I waited in line for 25 minutes while the employee waited on one customer ahead of me. The uhaul app that should have let me avoid waiting in line did not work

#1 add staff #2 Buyer beware, check the odometer, the out mileage on the truck I rented was 2602, my contract showed 2514 I didn't notice the difference and consequently I paid for 88 miles I didn't drive! #3 Check the gas gage. My contract shows 3/8 tank. I drove off without verifying and I only had 1/8 tank. Consequently I paid for 1/4 tank I didn't use. Do not rely on the staff to have the correct information! I pad approximately $40 more than I should have!!! On top of that I called customer service and well it sounds like I can kiss that money goodbye. Very displeased with Uhaul!
