JEFFREY BThis location was absolutely amazing and completely ready for business. A true representation of what U Haul should be. I could not be happier with my experience at this location. However, the next phase was one of the worst and it is not listed as an option to rate, so I will put it in the comments here. I was supposed to pick up a tow dolly from the location on Patton Avenue in Asheville. This location was terrible, unprepared, rude and in no was a representation of U Haul. I did not pick up the dolly and will never return to that location,
