Pick up was absolutely great. I called Stephanie when I got there she walked me through everything. The truck was very clean and so was the equipment.

The issue was that this was not my original pickup location. U Haul changed the location to a completely different town, which is concerning and inconvenient. Glad that I saw the 1 day notification of the change after having a 2 week reservation.
