What started off as a self checkout turned into needing an agent to get approved. Truck was filthy. Vehicle smelt of nicotine. Check out agent never mentioned filling out a questionnaire therefore once I picked up my coach, delivered it and came back, I had then noticed the notification.

Mireille BI’m not sure if the U-Haul needs a new battery or a starter, multiple times I stopped to fill up with gas and it almost didn’t crank. It was sluggish an old and way too many miles on a gas engine truck. I didn’t feel comfortable driving it that long of a distance, but I did it anyway.
