How U-Haul Reviews WorkGreat vehicle. Excellent communication and service. I will be a repeat customer !!!
Randall RI didn’t like the fact that I returned the truck with more gas in it then I had when I first got in the truck and I didn’t get any reimbursement on total cost from U-Haul.
Jerry JI made a reservation two months in advance but they did not have the truck I reserved. They “upgraded” me to a bigger truck, but I did not want that. He was not very helpful and just blamed corporate. Basically said I don’t know what to tell you… he was not very professional.
LORI BPlease have the vehicle gas filled up to full to make it easier on bringing it back with the same amount of gas as when you pick it up. That’s my suggestion.
