When a customer picks up a vehicle and a hold is placed on their credit card they shouldn't b charged several times on their card when they were told the initial hold will not be processed and it shouldn't take numerous calls to try to fix the situation. I'm totally disappointed in the way unsullied handles business when it comes to make Inga the whole moving process more difficult than it has to be!

I have been charged over $450 on my card for only $200 worth of expenses for this Uhaul. Not only tha by the time and date on my rental charges have been changed when I’ve only had this Uhaul for 6 days i would never recommend this location to anyone because all they do is scam people out there money with all of these extra charges that aren’t even accounted for. If i don’t get my money back Its not going to be pretty whatsoever because this is ridiculous

The truck was not available when I arrived at the store and their only explanation was, "We can't make anyone return the truck!" The manager was very cordial, however, and did offer a discount for my inconvenience. The truck was raggedy. It was extremely hard closing the back and latching it.

Clean the cab of the truck. It was nasty and had sticky stuff that had spilled on the floor. The store was cluttered and disorganized. A worker was eating her lunch in front of us, which was unprofessional. U-Haul needs to refund my late fee because of my circumstances that happened and a simple misunderstanding. What good was a call placed to me AFTER the time the truck was due back? That's asinine.

I was behind the 8 ball with my movers. Was having a melt down and they streamline the process for me excellent service.

I was double-charged for services without authorization. The truck was returned in the same condition it was rented with the proper amount of gas. The keys were placed in the drop box the same day, (upon their suggestion) in the presence of (3) witnesses. I called ahead of time to find out what any additional fees/charges would cost in the event of me exceeding the timeframe of contractual reference. I was told as long as the keys were dropped prior to 2:00pm the following day I would not incur any additional costs. To my surprise this deceptive and unprofessional information turned out to be a blatant lie on my Visa card with an unauthorized almost $60.00 extra dollars. I'm done with Affordable Furniture/U-Haul and I will allow word of mouth to both deter and express the shady practices of this particular location that has given U-Haul a bad name for business!!! I had my original reservation @ the Washington Rd.location.My reservation was not processed properly there.They tried to send me to a location out of my way for equipment.I called the Affordable Furniture location which was closer to my move & they went above & beyond to help me.The staff were very professional & prompt with service.I will definitely return to that location for business.

They need to figure out how to hold funds and credit amounts once the rental reservation is complete. The amount held at the beginning of the rental vs the amount actually due at the end should not BOTH be held from the customer's card. ONLY the amount charged should be held once the reservation is complete.
