Super quick and easy experience. The truck was ready when I got there and just a few clicks on the phone and I was done. The only thing I would change is the gas, I wish it was Full when I picked it up so I can just fill it up when I return.
Christopher JIt's not about the location at all. That was great!!! But, I drove 15 miles max, but was charged for 30 miles. That's so awful math on Uhaul's part and a misrepresentation of your services.
Sonia JThere were some indicator lights on the dash that stayed on as well as some warning messages. The warning messages made it so you could only see/get a picture of the odometer right after starting the truck.
