The truck was nasty inside and out and smelled of alcohol.

GARY HThe store employees were not helpful . Had problems getting the key for the truck the passcode sent did not work after we open the lockbox the key was missing . Finally found the key in the back of truck
mauren rI used this location because I waited until the last minute and there wasn't much available. I don't think the radio dial or cupholder would've been broken at a normal store UHaul staff checking the vehicles each time. Checking in and out at my convenience using the app was nice though. Except when I had to call support because the app is buggy.
