The truck was newer and nice but we didnt open and look.in the rear. It had 25-30 blankets that were wet. We had to take them out to load our items then put them back in I don’t think the staff was doing their job and they weren’t very helpful.

Back of truck had trash in it, but the customer service was excellent.
MONIQUE WThere are key holders by the uhaul parking - signs indicating that the uhaul keys should be on a drop box would be helpful! This could lead to the keys being left in an inappropriate space . Otherwise , quick and easy. No complaints .
