John InmanWaited 1 hour for our reservation. Not what we needed on a busy moving day. The manager was doing the best she could, but it appears on a normal Sunday it would be busy because the place doesn't open until noon. The truck was "clean" but it clearly hadn't been washed for some time.
Jacqueline HutterSelf check-in for the truck is VERY time consuming. Faster for someone to just look and check in truck. Took me 30 minutes to check-in. Person was not willing to check-in and force me to try self check-in.
Douglas Yoonthe staff at pickup were helpful and friendly. But when i arrived to return the vehicle, I walked in and said as much. Neither employee was engaged in another activity, one of them simply pointed to a card taped to the counter and said "you need to scan the code". When i replied that i had left my phone in the car, they just blankly looked at me, not offering an alternate solution or explanation as to why it might be good for me to retrieve my phone ("if you don't mind grabbing your phone, this will get you on your way much faster" or "Ok, we'll take care of it on our computer", etc.). The truck had some mechanical issues - a bad tire that had to be replaced (handled quickly by U-Haul assistance), a questionable transmission, and a drivers side window that was very difficult to lower/raise with the hand crank.

Christopher RectorI noticed a discrepancy between the online and in-store prices at U-Haul. The online prices were significantly lower, but when I visited the store to ask questions, the prices doubled. Additionally, when I returned my key, the system did not record the correct time. One aspect I appreciated was the flexibility to return the rented truck at any time before the due date. The mobile check-in process was OK, but I still had to go inside the store, suggesting that the app could benefit from an update. The truck I rented performed well, but it was not clean, both inside and out. I believe cleanliness should be a priority for a better customer experience.

Jamaal JenkinsMy experience with Uhaul was bad. The moving helpers I ordered through Uhaul platform (Movinghelp.com) didn't show up. That make my moving delayed 1 day. In spite of hassles for me to find replacement in a very short time, Uhaul also me 1 extra day although we agreed on phone to return the truck 1 day late for free. Since it's been returned after hour through drop off service, I had no way to argue the issue with the store personnel. I had to pay first on the machine (thought would get refund later). Called customer service but Uhaul refused to refund. Weird thing is, Uhaul customer service decision was made by drop off store and district manager but not the customer service at corprate level. And the refuse reason was the Movinghelp.com is different from Uhaul and I should addressed the issue with them. Then why you put it on your platform with all the steps of renting a truck? Miss leading information and bad services!

Brenda Lovenot sure did not interact with anyone the location was closed when I dropped off the truck. But the did get it processed and checked in the very next morning. Very thankful for that quick turn around.

BRUCE GORDONWe requested help from the front desk lady at the drop-off time and she said she would turn the truck in for us. Despite her confirming she had all she needed to check the truck back in, the truck was not checked in and I was about to receive a late fee due to her incompetence. I ended up going back to the drop-off location to make sure the truck was checked in correctly and the key was right where the associate had left it, but the truck still not turned in 24 hours later. Disappointing.

Max EcheverriaWe had an accidental drop and I could sentyebtruck still on the lot and they would let me drop it at the other location and I was charged $200. So ridiculous and really unhelpful and antithetical to a less expensive moving option.

They said they would be there until 6PM - they left at 5PM I was not going to be bCk there until after my drop off time, and I called and called, no on answered 'multiple times durring business hours. The truck I received had major scratching on both sides - not shown in pictures from previous driver.

And I have still yet to receive my $100 hold back on to my card and it’s been days since I have returned the truck in good condition. I was told it would immediately return to my card.
Ashanti GarrisonI've rented from the location previously and the QR code for returning the truck never works. The Geo location is faulty. During peak times the wait for service is extra long and everyone needing service, including getting into storage units has to stand in line. On Saturday 1/6/24, I waited for over an hour to check out the truck I reserved. I would recommend this location with the caveat that someone checks in or out in the middle of the day instead of when the office opens or closes.

Norbert SimmonsBesides the truck, I attempted to reserve a regular dolly, two furniture dollys, and a set of furniture pads... They had NONE of this additional stuff when I arrived to pick up the truck (12 days after making the reservation). This made our move MUCH more difficult than it would have been with that stuff... Other than that, it was fine.

paul carlonI had a lease discrepancy today after I book my uhaul. I didn't drive or take the truck anywhere today. Got charged $66.11 because we had to put 1 mile on the truck so I could check it back in. Is that normal?
CLINTON BULLOCKTo say the customer service here was poor would be kind. The first truck assigned to me smelled like a homeless person was dwelling in it. The second one had someone's clothing on the dashboard. The third truck which I felt forced to take because I needed to get a job done smelled and was not cleaned. The representative stated the 26' trucks are parked in an unmonitored area and are easily accessed by the homeless. When I returned the vehicle to the location, I got into a small fender bender with another Uhaul vehicle. The staff did not bother to check on me or the other driver, nor did the answer any questions when asked for assistance with reporting the accident. A less than satisfactory way to handle business. Uhaul should seriously consider not using this location / business to represent their company unless they would like to continue to allow their vehicles to be susceptible to homeless people and to have staff that does not uphold the reputation of the brand well.

Andrew MeisterHorrible customer service. We got there 15 minutes early and didn't tell us to finalize the process on the app until it officially hit 10am. The app was apparently the only means to complete the check out which was very faulty and lots of very competent people took at least 15-30 minutes to get the app to work after the rep said we had to turn off multiple settings that was never prompted on the app off our phones in order for it to "work". They didn't have the covers I requested so they took down my name and said they would remove the charge. So we didn't get our vehicle for at least 30 minutes from the originally scheduled time. Upon return of the vehicle at the scheduled return time even though we didn't get our truck at the right start time the app just kept going blank. The woman there since the morning said just email this email and it can be completed that way. When I finally get a u-haul invoice, they charged me for for an after close return and never removed charge for the blankets I never received! The lack of professional and process coupled by glitchy technology made sure I would stick to other rental services going forward. I've emailed back about the charges and have heard NOTHING back.
Ann NguyenIncredibly slow process to rent a vehicle. Having to use the QR code AND having to see someone is pointless. Get an ID scanner and let the employee verify it. Everyone had trouble with the app while I was there.

Jo ElwoodThis location was excellent. The problem is that I had a reservation at a different location, which they could not fulfill and did not notify me about. The first location sent me to a second location that was not open, did not accept the order, did not have the equipment, and did not speak English. The third location, after two hours, logging in to the Uhaul system, and spending an hour on the phone, was fine. The overall experience was AWFUL. I mean... this is now going to go into my standard conversational rotation of amazingly bad customer service experiences. The people in the first and third locations are great, but your app and your booking systems are extraordinarily bad.

Carlos WatsonI was very disappointed that the two customer service agents would not assist me when I arrived. They told me I had to do everything through a QR code. Then when the system failed to work after returning the truck, the guy said … oh I can just take your key. You’ll get an email later. He could have done this to begin with instead of me waiting for 10 mins to try to get the QR code to work. I would recommend enterprise truck rental over U-Haul because of the lack of customer service.
William BrownThe staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative was the close-out process. If there are staff on site don't know why they can't participate in the closeout process instead of having to take all the pictures and submit them.

CAMECA PENELTONI was charged double what I was initially quoted, the truck had been in an accident so the driver door was ajar the whole time. The truck drove super rough. When I called to ask about why I was double charged the manager couldn’t help at all and didn’t care that one of his employees messed up my charge. Never using U-Haul again, especially this location.
ASHLY CASTILLOrearrange the customer service desk to allow more room for others waiting their turn to be helped . Also have signage that explains the steps and things required for the rental process ; this would have customers prepared for a quicker checkin process
Glenn FlowersWhen I first arrived, they did not have my truck available. I rescheduled for another day. When I arrived, they had the truck available but did not have the dolly I ordered. They also gave me the wrong truck at first. Also the self checkout process at the end is ridiculous to pass onto the consumer. I do not work for U-Haul, so why am I logging, managing and taking pictures of their truck? Likely will not be back.
