The trailer I picked up had a missing tail light and only one of the 4 lights at the back of the closed trailer worked. The Appliance hand truck I rented didn't work. One wheel would barely roll and one of the stir slides was broken.

I made a reservation 5 days before I planned to move a truck. I reserved a truck and a auto transport trailer. I put in what vehicle I was towing on the website and it made my reservation. I even did the online checkin to speed up the process as I wanted to get on the road as soon as possible. When I arrived to U-Haul the manager asked me what I was towing. At this point this is the 3rd time that info had been entered. The manager then tells me that the trailer that I reserved is not there. I had to drive 40 miles out of my way to get the trailer because of yalls mistake. I am not impressed with your customer service at all. I will be avoiding your company at all costs from now on.

This is complete bullshit uhaul has basically authorized a 1000 dollar charge to my account after I provided all document of situation and I can’t get ahold of any one called 4 different locations all pointing fingers multiple times if this is not handled today June 6 2016 I will be contacting a attorney for theft at no point have I authorized these transactions and I’ve gave uhaul ample time to adjust the charges due to the incident.

First the store manager was very rude and disrespectful. Something was wrong with the card reader and he wouldn’t Manually enter my card number for sale. But in stead he kept saying my bank denied transaction which I called in front of him and there was no denied transaction from U-Haul. Told him I used a different credit card at a different U-Haul for boxes and it did the same thing lady did it manually. My original order includes moving pads ( the blankets. I order one bag which I think 5 or 6 came in but needed more so I added another bag. So when it came time for me to get pads the manager went into the shield and tried to give me a bunch of nasty dirty ones and I told him I need clean ones didn’t want my things to get dirty why isn’t he giving me any bags that I seen inside he said those were for sale. So I repeated back to him what he had said bout how many came in the bag and looked back at the ones in the bags so he again said they were for sale. So I had him to remove hem from my order cause I wasn’t using any dirty items let lone pay for them. I returned vehicle that night and put key in box but didn’t get a email the next day about return. So I went up there two when was at register and the manager guy was outside. So I told them how nasty the guy was and how of an ass hole behaved. They attempted to help me but couldn’t find my order because this guy had another name there. So I walked back to my car to get receipt which he then walked into store they told him I assume what I said cause when I came back into store he looked at me and said she Probably didn’t get a receipt cause she still owe us money. So I said if I owe you money then I’ll fucking pay it it’s no big deal. He then pulled up my account and stated in store out loud on you guys camera ( oh we owe you money let me get your fucking money ) he grabbed my money and receipt and went to pass it to me and dropped it on the table so I said you’ll make someone go to jail hurting you. Then I walked out. I would like for you guys to watch the video recording in your store and see how this guys treats people. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to that store. He needs to be fired or suspended
