Uhaul changed my pickup location three times. When I went to the final location on the day of my move, I was made aware that no truck had been prepared for my reservation time and that i would have to wait until and hour later just to speak to someone. I was unable to get a truck until almost two hours after my initial reservation time and still haven't recieved any type of discount for an inconvience created by uhaul.

The service is good but the billingis what i have problem with. I ordered a 17ft truck@$29.99 online @welcome all rd location but no truck was available so customer service gave me a 20ft @ $29.99 which was great. I needed an additional day. They said i would have to pay the rate of my contract and mileage usage. They came up with $73 which was debited from my account. I originally said i would probably use 100 miles and my total came up to $155.00 which was debited from account but i only used 88miles and additional day which my total shouldve been around $160. Why did i get charge $155+73= $228? Im confused. I want the difference. The manager at that location showed me my total which was $159 and change.Help please. Thanks

I was notified that my reservation would be ready for pickup at the South Cobb Drive store by 12:30. I arrived at approximately 12:40 pm. 1 waited for approximately 45 minutes. When I spoke to the service representative she said she was out of trucks. On my way home I noticed an email that I had a truck reserved at Fulton Industrial for 12:30 pm. I called and was today she would check for anything available because my reservation was cancelled. They said I could get a 20 ft. Trujillo only. I wanted a 15 ft. Or pickup. I took the 20 ft.

If the equipment ordered and promised is not available at time of pick up there should be better options for the customer. NOT, we don't have it available yet. When you have a reservation the customer expects to have the goods or services available at that time. Just don't take reservations if you can't deliver as promised. I will not be using U-Haul again. Company policy are not customer friendly.

The mileage was wrong on my vehicle I called and reported this to customer service they said that someone was supposed to call me back from the location no one ever call me back from the location and I was charged 30 miles over what I should have been charged I have rented from U-Haul several times and I've never had this problem I am very disappointed in my services

The on sight personnel was attentive and friendly. Uhaul in general has been stressful, poor communication with resolving issues,and mainly about covering their necks on the job. Instead of putting the customer first. At least considering customers based on their needs. I’ve moved from MI to GA, I returned the truck and auto transport on a Sunday! Before I returned it, I called to verify grace period of drop off, in the process I verified to rep of drop off location. The Rep said the drop off was changed (to a location farther from my home). Uhaul never communicated that to me. Yet, they would have accused me for the mistake. I noticed U-haul’s inclined miscommunication through out the company early on, so I stayed cautious; not confident in U-haul. Also my fiancé is a Diesel Truck Engineer; and made sure I did everything correctly concerning the truck and auto transport. By Tuesday afternoon, I called U-haul to verify drop off was communicated properly, and the representative politely placed me on hold, clicked over and asked me where is the auto transport you have yet to return? I was baffled! My line beeped, I answered and it was another representative called, after hearing my voice, his tone and words changed as if I was holding the auto transport in my parking lot. He was rude and accusing, as if U-haul didn’t make any mistakes. Smh, those “at a desk people”, I clicked back over and told the other rep, how it’s not professional approaching me in this manner with out using other avenues to find out why my truck has been marked returned, but the auto transport was not marked returned. I let him know I’m headed to work, and didn’t expect this. The representative said “ If you returned it, your going to have to go back up to the U-Haul location where you dropped the truck off to verify. So I called into work, and went to location. My Auto transport was sitting in front of the entrance door, and my truck had been re-rented out ???? I sat there for five hours trying to get this resolved, finally a representative in Arizona handled the issues, he claimed he called the physical location I was sitting at and no answer, so I took my cell phone to personnel to confirm drop off on the Sunday before. Then I filed a claim for reimbursement of the work I missed to exceed U-hauls job, and not hold me “the customer accountable”. I mistakenly put faith back into U-haul. A representative called me Wednesday, left a voicemail looking for Auto transport. The same representative I Was transferred to on Tuesday, but never answered. Then a woman in the traffic division marks my claim: RESOLVED; stating a representative called me and left a voicemail. Smh....U-haul, your right about this much, I definitely don’t want this to happen to any other family members. Who’s the head of this Company? How are these mistakes not caught, owned up to, apologized for, and correct?
