I was very happy to find an actual person to talk with, and at a convenient location! Also, Mo was so nice and helpful and easy to work with. It was a bit of a struggle to find a truck in the vicinity of my neighborhood (Combie Road near Lake of the Pines), so I hope that you folks will consider keeping this location active. Some of us older folks (retired) aren't super crazy about using apps, and the customer service at this location is exceptional.
DEBORAH GI needed a tow dolly there was one available but because it was stolen prior the CHP had not released it back to you guys I was upgraded to the trailer which was more than adequate and the attendant was super helpful and very fast I would recommend this U haul over any around.
