What a joke. I called to extend my rental, they charged my card...and then stopped charging it. Got an email that said it was overdue, responded, but its a no reply email. Called the number, told the woman I'd return 2 days later. She said no problem at all. The next day a police officer showed up at my house claiming the truck was stolen. Offered to drive it back, he said I couldn't because it was listed as stolen. So, they send a tow truck, and then charge me 500$ for the tow. What tow is 500$ for 20 minutes? I have aaa, could have towed it for free. What a scam.
