The person couldn't even tell me which side the trailer was on, he said it's outside somewhere. Also, because this is a gas station, I had to wait on someone to come outside and take pictures due to the fact there was one person working and customer's inside the store which never stopped.

Truck was dirty.
EDGAR HI've rented a trailer from this location twice this month so far and it's been quick and easy. The trailer is ready when I get there.

MARY EThere was only one employee working and I was not strong enough to lift the trailer tongue from my truck. I had to wait 15-20 minutes so the attendant could come out and lift it off.
