Terrible customer service.
Drake BI reserved a 15 foot truck with an appliance dolly. When I called before I came to get the truck, the manager stated the had a furniture dolly. He stated that it is used for washers, dryers and refrigerators. He did not taste that it was one in which you would physically have to pick up the items put them on the dolly and then wheel said item to its location and then pick it up again. Completely useless and cost us over an hour in time and money to purchase an actual appliance dolly. I asked when I would have been notified that what I reserved wasn't available.. he stated that its the company's problem, not his. In all of this he spoke poor English and was incredibly hard to understand on the phone. 10/10 will NEVER use this U-haul location ever again. This is on the inside of a horrible smelling gas station as well. Very unclean. The truck itself was clean, the location was not.
CHRISTAN BYour staff ran both sides the store and the truck rental. It was crowded and she both sides without any issues she deserve a raise and outstanding praise. JOB WELL DONE
ORBEY HImproved the ignition. I had a very hard time taking the key out of the ignition once returning it.
