I was unable to drop here initially because my reservation was so jacked up from the day before, no one bothered to confirm the drop location. I was running so late from the mornings misery, I ended up leaving the hauler, unable to be returned in the system at that time to just barely making my 4:30p appointment. I had to go back to the hop and go once my drop location was remedied in the system to process the return through the app. In 35 years of renting from U-haul, this is the first time I've ever had to deal with such a botched up rental. I guess that's not to bad considering.

We rented a trailer from U-Haul and the only option they had available was a 16’ trailer with the brakes and the large apparatus on the tongue, and these units generally weighs freaking ton and have the kickstand, that keeps it relatively close to ball hitch height, but this trailer had no kickstand and it took 3 grown men to lift it onto my sons Ram ball hitch, and after using it for the job at hand, my son went to return the trailer to U-Haul, and no one was available to help him remove the trailer from the Ram, they had U-Haul employee, that was working the desk and said he wasn’t leaving the desk, and my son couldn’t leave with the trailer, since he’s already there with it, so basically your U-Haul employee basically tells him to do it himself. Which he did, by himself. That’s ridiculous!! Only one freaking employee on hand? And they can’t leave the desk? How’s that supposed to work if someone’s really old or handicapped? The things you corporations cut to make a buck is astounding.
