Katie called me in the morning to say the van had not been returned by a previous customer and would I mind taking a 10 foot truck for the same price? She then made the truck pickup and return super easy and fast. The truck was actually quite an improvement as it turned out I had more to move than I had estimated. Easy friendly and fast service all around!

Evelina GThis is the only location I’ve ever had an issue with. Don’t lie and charge a “returned after hours/late” fee when the equipment is dropped back off EARLY. Also, do something about the smell in that place. Yuck.
AUZA FThis is the first time I ever chose to not get the insurance (safe drive?) and they charged me anyway. If I could've afforded it, I would've chosen it, but to be forced to get something that I didn't want or need is bullshit. Additionally, the van was a mess in the cargo area. Hopefully I won't ever have to use this location again.
