First the Uhaul was super dirty, we had to sweep it out and wipe it down, there was only 20 miles of gas left in the tank and near to empty oil . Then to add to all that We got texts telling us we had certain times to do things by but when we would reach out to uhaul through chat they’d say we had till end of the day. constantly bothered about how long we’ve had the truck and how extending the days was special case just for us which it shouldn’t have been made that way. The 2 women were very Caddy about us after we returned the keys and they forgot we were still looking around in there little shop . I would most definitely not recommend this location and I would actually tell my friends to avoid this location. It was not a good experience. They added more stress to And already stressful situation.

David BThe Uhaul App wasn't working properly and that was very frustrating, i.e. uploading photos didn't work at all. Returning the equipment early, the same problem existed, i.e. the App would not let me upload the photos! So frustrating trying to get the App to work properly. I uploaded each photo 7-times and the App want let me upload any of them. The last time I tried to upload the photos the App blocked me from accessing my account! It's so frustrating working with Uhaul App. Perhaps I will rent from a different company the next time because of Uhaul inferior App.
