They changed me fir more fuel and my fuel was the right amount...the cashier doesn't even go check ,you just get a fuel bill...very disappointed 😑

When I originally reserved this truck, I reserved it for the U-haul storage facility in Montgomery, IL Two days prior to my pick up I received notice that the pick up location was changed to Prime Time Oil, in Aurora, IL. It took me over an hour to get this truck due to the fact that the clerk in Prime Time Oil did not have the ability to complete the transaction for the rental. I had to do it on my phone which I specifically did not want to do and which is why I always choose pick up at a U-haul store / center. Putting the app on my phone and trying to use it was also a hassle. I had to call support three times, the last time (after taking a pic of my self and my DL), the system told me my license was not valid and it would not let me proceed. Along with trying to use a phone app the fact the location was changed with out any input from me was very upsetting, to say the least. I then had to drive it to a scale to be weighed for a military move in Plano, IL (some 18 to 20 miles away). On the way to the scales I got a warning light saying to "Service Stabilitrack", I got to the scales and did live chat with U-haul. After wasting at least 30 minutes doing this, I was told to take it to a U-haul center for inspection. I took it back to the Montgomery, IL location. The attendant drove it around, the warning light went off and he said it should be fine. I took it back to the scales and then home. At least another hour wasted. On the drive from Illinois to Alabama, this warning light came on and off a few times. When I turned it in at Ozark, AL, the attendant pointed out that I had roughly 85 additional miles above the estimated millage. I was charged an additional 83.43. While I understand some of the additional millage was having to drive to the scales, some was not. Along with the almost three hours of screwing around, putting us behind schedule I feel this additional millage charge is unreasonable. The remedy I would ask for is a refund of that charge: 83.43.

William MThe most terrible time I’ve ever had renting a U-Haul. The process in total took over an hour. The app was taking so long for approval. Each agent took 5 minutes to answer and it kept switching between two. After that entire process the shop worker was refusing to give me the keys until he called someone for approval taking another 10 minutes. Will not be coming here again.
