The person helping me, was rude and incompetent. I was there with him for over an hour as he scheduled and canceled and rebooked my reservation even after I told him I already had one. By the end of it he refused to give me the keys until I said please and acted really unprofessionally. This was beyond a bad experience. I highly recommend driving down the road to a different location.

I had a cargo van reserved for March 27; when I arrived I found that the whole U-Haul computer system was down, so I had to wait until the next day. I ended up at Drive Away Today and though there was only one person working, he was really helpful. When I dropped the van off on Monday, there was another helpful person there to be sure it got checked in.
