After hours drop off. No reception out there in the middle of nowhere. Couldn’t download the app or complete the return without calling U-Haul for assistance. I would have been more prepared and felt more comfortable with the facility open or at least knowing no one would be there so I could have downloaded the app and pictures where I had reception for cell.

JASON KThey went above and beyond with the uhaul experience. It was an easy check in process where I was explained everything clearly and I returned it after hours and that process was smooth. I accidentally left my keys in the uhaul and they kindly had them for me when I came to look for them. I appreciate the extra cares would recommend!

percy bLocation is convenient for East Austin residents, but access is a little difficult because of the narrow entry and the busy traffic on Airport.
