Rented my U-Haul yesterday and wow — it was my MVP, my ride-or-die, my best baby on wheels! Super clean, smooth to drive, and pickup/drop-off were a breeze. U-Haul in Wilmington ( SAM ) made a stressful move feel like a breeze. 10/10 would rent my road warrior again

Angela ZWent to drop off at this location. Was charged for "wrong drop off location". The lady took the key and just said. When we get to it. You will get an email. I asked, thats it? She said yes. So of course just in case I took pictures of everything. But when I got the email there were charges on there that I could not explain. Im not sure if I will be using uhaul any more. Roughly $200 for 47 miles one way, plus gas.
CHRIS SThe guy is super nice and makes sure your satisfied with the rental. Was going to buy a box trailer but at this price and as well as it towed, no need I will just rent when I need to.
