The problem I had was the movers that advertise on the U-Haul website never called or showed up. They was suppose to come out for 2 hours and charged $150.00 out of my account. The was called early bird movers. I called them and there phone number was disconnected. They need to be pulled off of your website. There phone number was 614.860.5352. jb- 03BC-232E. I will probably never see my money. I think there scammers. Hopefully I'm wrong. Thank you Judy Fisher
