The owner was sleeping in his car and was half an hour late to pick up time and the back of the truck had a horribly sticky material on it.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was 2 hours late and they charged me for 2 days instead of one thought that was not good. Did not get my last name correct 3 times that’s really bad since they had my driver’s license. Other than that the counter people were very nice and easy to work with. Truck ran fine was a good mission trip.

Jeremiah WThe owner was 20 minutes late opening the location. I had to call customer service so they could let him know we were waiting. I think he's the only person that works there. He wasn't able to come outside to check the milage or park the truck. I had to take photos for him to verify the return.
