There are multiple areas with Uhaul trucks and the pickup location is not clear at all. Wasted 30 min trying to locate my truck. Also I didn't appreciate the initial gas charges which were eventually reversed after having to dispute the charges.

Was a bit difficult to open the pad lock on the mobile key.
Paul HOn the Uhaul site it said this place was open until 1pm on Saturdays, but they are in fact closed all day Saturday. It made it a little confusing for drop off because GPS takes you to a gated lot. We drove around the block and found Uhauls parked in an open lot, so we assumed that's where we should leave it. Then it was another search to find the drop box to leave the keys.
Pam LBooked it for hours when the location was supposed to be open. No one was there when we got to the shop to pick up the truck and no one would pick up the phone. Multiple people were standing there trying to figure out how to get their trucks. The app didn't work exactly the way the screenshots had shown on the notice on their door. I had to call uHaul to figure out the pickup and it took around 45 mins to get the truck. The guy on the phone was very helpful.
Usman BOnly issue: drop off location was small and somewhat difficult to maneuver the trailer (6x12) through the yard. Got is positioned the best I could and the folks at Lee's took care of the rest. Appreciate it.
