Safety break away brake cable was damaged/frayed. Steel wires sticking up, cut my handon them. Cable needs to be replaced. I sent pictures on return form.

My reservation was for a truck for 24 hrs, I returned the truck in 12 hrs and then I was charged for an after hours fee, even though the location was open when we turned the truck. Can someone explain that to me please!!!!!. We where never told about this fee because if we where we would have just returned it in the morning. Also why was I charged for a full 24 hrs, when the truck was returned in less then 12 and with more gas in it then when we picked it up. This reservation should not have cost me a little over $200 for less then 12 hrs, especially when we paid for the gas.
Sam CWe were quoted one price, did everything we were told to do, stayed under the mileage they told us only went 16 miles, turned the truck in at 2:30 someone else took it out after we dropped it off and they tried to charge us more saying we were late and used more miles.
