Very much a self service operation. There was no assistance in connecting the equipment, making sure everything was in a safe and correct manner.

There was no hand truck or padded sheets in the truck.... feel like that should be standard.
Dustin MClean the truck, especially the cab. It was dirty, obviously had not been swept out, and overwhelmingly smelled of either chewing tobacco or vaping - some sickly sweet smell - that was so bad I had to have the window rolled completely down every time I was in the truck so I could escape it a bit. The truck itself was pretty beat up. Overall, probably one of the worst rental experiences we’ve had, especially for the price.
Jennifer LThe trailer has no brake fluid in reservoir. Had to fill it up several times during trip. Guy at pick-up location had no clue about anything. I told him it and showed him bone dry reservoir and he acted as if that was gonna be fine. Not a good experience!
