I was driving a 26' truck and was filling up the gas at the gas station across the street. The location's parking lot was mostly full and I was very nervous about parking it in the location's small lot without hitting anything. Fortunately, the staff member walked across the street, offered to park it for me, and all was good!

Super friendly and easy to find
SEAN KBala Motorsports was fine, but the overall experience was one star. I asked for a drop off location in cape charles, and left with that noted on my contract. When i got to the usual cape charles drop off location, the woman was not friendly and told me she was full (although i could see open spots in her enormous lot) and she told me my drop off had been changed to exmore, 30 miles away. I didn't have a car with me (was planning to bike back to our new condo) so I had to hang onto the uhaul until my wife drove down, days later, and pay an extra $45.
Gary HTechnically the equipment was well maintained but not clean - there was a noticeable odor and some leftover empty boxes strewn about the cargo area. Check in and check out were very easy and people were friendly
