This is the 2nd time after I leave there are additional charges tagged on and there is no way to remedy. When I picked up the truck it had 1/4 tank of gas. Which I told the service provider. He said don’t worry. When I returned, I filled the truck back to that level. Yet the next day I was charged $39 more dollars in addition to the $14 I put in. I only drove 45 miles total. So instead of paying like $86 I had to pay $129.

Jamel WThe equipment had grafitti on some of the cars. The customer service was absolutely horrible. The person working there seemed to have no idea on how to do their job. I would rather carry an item for miles than come back to this location. If I was U-Haul I’d do an inspection here or no longer allow them to manage the trucks. Horrible experience won’t be back and honestly if they meet uhauls standards I will think twice before using U-Haul again
