ZINDIA RRental agent could barely speak English. Not sure what happened with all my settings from my reservation, but agent changed the drop off location. All of the pre-pickup registration, etc had to be done during pickup. Waste of time and annoying.
AARON WI ordered the truck to come with 2 dollies and furniture pads. Neither were there. This really screwed up my move. At that point, there's nothing that can be done about it.
