Hugh MThe guy seemed pissed off that he had to help me, I could hear him sighing through the glass speaker. Then he tried to sneak in the “Safemove” after I told him I didn’t want it. My estimated charge was $49.99 for the 17’ truck (29.99) and 10-12 mile distance - I drove 6.8 miles to my storage unit, 6.9 miles to my new house, and then less than 2 miles back to the drop-off. That’s roughly 15 miles but was charged for 18 and I was charged for 3 gallons of gas when I only drove 15 miles and returned the truck with the gauge in the exact same spot. U-Haul is cool but this location is trash
