There was broken glass in the truck and we had to clean it up before we could load the truck.

Working with Steve was the only thing that saved this rental. I had a 10:00 am appointment. I arrived at 10:05 and the door was locked and no one was there. I called the phone # that I got in a text from U-Haul, 443-825-4122, and it is NOT A WORKING #. Steve arrived about 10:10 and was very personable and helpful. Thank you Steve.
