I figured the location would he open at 4PM on a Wednesday to return the trailer. The doors were locked, so I had to review the rental agreement for guidance. The check in site did not work for me, and I didn't feel like making an account to check in via the alternative method. So I just returned the trailer to where I found it and figured it would cost me the $20 fee. It did not as Jack's checked me in officially the next day. So all was good in the end.
