David H-Did not go over contract or check me in. -Resulted in me getting charged for coverage I did not order and cost me more than I wanted. -Had to connect trailer myself. This is unacceptable. I should be fully refunded for the inconvenience and unauthorized addition of coverage.
Nathan TThe truck designated for me was used by another location. Fortunately there was a larger truck available at my rental location. But I’m sure I had to pay the upcharge and use additional gas at my expense for something that was out of my control.
