My reservation was given away to someone else, while still active on my app. The gentleman at that location said someone came in saying they had a reservation and he assumed they were me. Either he failed to check any id, or he just gave my reservation away and made up a story. I had to be sent to another location, only for the system to verify down there. Then my rental was handled over the phone, for lesser trailer than what I reserved. I was able to get a tow dolly to tow my car, although I really preferred the car trailer I had reserved, as it was a 4.5 hour transport. I was delayed an hour in the end between when I should have had my reservation ready to the end of being shuffled around. On top of that, because the transaction was over the phone, I recieved no paperwork to turn in when I dropped off the trailer at the location near my destination, so I wrote a letter and dropped it in the dropbox there, awaiting confirmation when they are open again. My app still shows the original reservation that someone stole from me, with their drop-off still pending in Spartanburg SC and I am not confident that it is not going to come back on me at some point. Overall very frustrating. The person over the phone gave me a $30 discount on my rental, but not even sure that worth it, with using the lesser product. I was sure to reserve ahead of time because I preferred the car hauler. No one person was rude, I just wish it had all gone as planned, that is why I used the app and reserved ahead of time and double checked multiple times on the app that my reservation was confirmed.
