Floyd was terrific to work with. He was helpful, professional, friendly and went above and beyond to help us get the truck we wanted. HIGHLY RECOMMEND dealing with this location. We may need to rent another truck later in the year and we will definitely work with Floyd and this location!!!
lisa dFloyd provided amazing customer service before and during pick up. I even had couple of fuses out preventing the left brake light from working and he helped me replace that. Great representative for U-Haul.
Robert NA guy named Floyd runs this U-Haul and he is awesome. I showed up after hours on a weekend to drop off a trailer, but I called the phone number which was listed on a small sign next to the front door. Floyd answered, was friendly, and told me I could leave the trailer in front and he would drive over with his daughter to move the trailer and store it behind the gate. He’s a good country boy; super friendly, very accommodating. This is the U-Haul location customers should use.
