The order was not ready at pickup time. The back of the truck was dirty in the back (dirt, screws, broken glass, and cigarette butts). Truck ran great, no other issues.

Rating: site did not give me availability of trailer online so I had to call 800 number taking your time & resources and my time. Could have done it all online if your site just told me trailer was available locally. Your rep obviously had the info available on her system.

That particular truck had an issue where the engine would rev high for no apparent reason. There were times when I was coasting downhill with my foot on the accelerator, and the engine RPMs would rev up. May want to have that checked out.

Door hinge was missing, not well cleaned on the inside, charge an excessive amount for gas. Total mileage was 52 miles, yet I got charged for 10 gallons of gas. Only 5,2 miles per gallon ? The gas gage didn't look like it even moved. How was I to know how much gas I used?! So I thought I didn't use enough to worry to much about it, then was charge 10 gallons at $3.50 per gallon. Seemed awfully high

Couldn't get my info online. Took over an hour to get into truck and that including having to call cust serv. Horrible shouldn't be that hard to rent a truck. Wasn't that hard or long to take my money.

I had a terrible time working with U-Haul to get my vehicle. I requested a mobile pickup for 7am. I was called the day before that the vehicle was not available at my pickup location but there was another one close by. No big deal. When I arrived the app told me my vehicle was scheduled for hand delivery and that I had to wait until 9am. I could not continue and had to call the U-Haul service desk. I called and explained my issue where I was transferred 7 or 8 times between the same 3 or 4 people until I told them I would cancel my reservation if I was transferred again. Finally after 35 minutes on the phone, Evan was able to fix it and give me the code to access my key. He also refunded me $50 and gave me 100 additional miles on the vehicle since my dropoff location changed too. I specifically requested the time because I was limited on time. I do not intend to use U-Haul as a moving service in the future. At least not their mobile pickup.

I had to fight with this company several times over mileage. I was promised one rate and then was charged another. I was told that I would be contacted but never was and was suddenly just charged. The uhaul cab was covered in mud and the back was full of wood chips everywhere when we received the truck.

You could actually give the customer the store they requested a month in advance OR you could respect their wishes to have a one-way rental that they reserved a month in advance OR when they let you know that none of that works, you could actually send them to a store that gives them service and when the customer complains in multiple ways you could actually respond to at least one of those communications. Before going to this store (the FOURTH store assigned to me) I was first assigned a store 15 miles from my requested location and that store wanted me to return my rental to the store when I had reserved a one-way as I was moving almost 100 miles away. After letting them know that wasn't going to work, I was assigned to another store that basically refused to give me any service. It was in a rural area and I basically got the impression that he wasn't interested in serving people that look like me. The guy there was rude and did nothing to actually contact the person he claims was over the U-hauls at that location. He did not greet me, just told me that the guy wasn't answering the phone (he called ONCE and left no message) and then left me sitting in the lobby unattended to until I finally left. After calling U-haul to let them know how I had been treated, they tried to get me to go back to the store and retrieve the u-haul myself because that was supposedly the only store with my size truck in the area. When I called back to let them know that I would take a different size truck as long as I didn't have to go back where I did not feel welcomed they sent me to yet ANOTHER location where they *surprise* had my exact size truck... So I'm not really sure why I was continuously told there were no other trucks available, but I was finally able to get a truck 4 hours after my reservation and after driving across multiple towns to multiple stores, being treated badly and going to an entirely different store. After all of this they simply offered me the standard $50 reservation guarantee to which I let them know barely covered the gas it cost me to go to multiple stores looking for a truck not to mention my time wasted and energy spent dealing with all this extraness on moving day. To make matters worse, after I informed them that wouldn't be adequate for my experience and was told to contact a manager I recieved a reciept with a zero charge for the rental before I could even contact someone. I was happy about that but I replied to the message to make sure I was understanding correctly. No one ever responded and 3 days later when I was trying to get the hold removed from my bank account I was sent a "new" "Updated" reciept literally minutes after speaking with a u-haul rep that contained all of the charges from the day of pick-up. Literally MINUTES after getting off the phone with them they send an updated reciept and when I called about all of this I was told someone would contact me within 72 hours. It has now been a week since that pho

The person who was in charge of renting the vehicles was not present when I arrived at the reserved time, in order to get the truck, the other person at the business called the person and it was done over the phone of this other employee. The practices of this business need some professional work in my opinion. I was told by the person that she was not present becuase she was at home fedding her animlals and that was why she was late..

My reservation was changed multiple times...wrong date, wrong pick up time, wrong location. I waited 1 hour to get my truck. Despite booking my reservation 3 days earlier. Check in was very unprofessional. Uhaul main computer system was offline.
