We had a problem locating the site. There were no signs at the main road to show that the site was located way down the driveway which was way down the driveway which could not be seen at road. Check out through the app because site was closed was a breeze.

Make sure previous client cleaned vehicle after departure. There was rice in the back of the truck. Someone left cigarette buds in the door. And the floors were stained by something. There was no gas in the truck. I had to push back my reservation almost 3 hours because the vehicle was not available for pickup at my original scheduled time. While I was able to get through these inconveniences, someone else might not be able to. The vehicle did work perfectly fine and it helped speed up my moving process, but these various issues caused major delays on my plans today.
Melanie WI still have not gotten my money back from U-Haul the said the rental was 29 dollars and with some fees it came out to 59 dollars but charged me 100 dollars and never gave me back my 49 dollars
