My issue was not with the rental location it was with the rental department. I was given a truck for 5 days and over 1000 miles. When i only needed it for 2 days and 350 mikes. Someone got confused on my drop off location. I drove to Niramar beach FL and they had me driving to Miramar FL. I assume that’s why they went up on my price. I have a claim in and hope to talk with customer service. Hopefully someone will hear my complaint and refund me the difference

This was the cleanest, most well-kept U-Haul vehicle I’ve ever rented. Everything was in perfect working order and the AC blew nice and cold in our sweltering heat. Pickup and return was very easy, and the rental assistant at the location was great to work with. This will definitely be my go-to location!
Danielle vThe truck was not water tight and my entire contents were wet upon arrival from the rain. I expect a full refund and waiting to hear from U-Haul. I also may have damage claims on the contents.
