I don't know if it was the pick-up location or if it was Uhaul representative that had things all screwed up but either way it was a mess and the car dolly is a piece of JUNK! The hold down straps were rusty and was a nightmare trying to undo them.
Michael SThe Baxley location was terrible. I reserved a 26'truck but when i got there it wasn't.I settled for a 20' truck but was not able to move all my furniture . This caused me another 5-6 hours down and5-6 hours back to get the test of my furniture. Baxly did try to call me the morning of my rental but i was on the road and my calls were silenced. The Baxley location didn't offer any inconvenience deals or apologies.
Mark TCall the customer to let them know if the vehicle is at the location or not. Vehicle was not there when we arrived to pick it up.
