John L.While trying to get the truck the uhaul site was down, had to hold almost 30 minutes so didn't even get the full time reserved. Other than that it was a decent transaction. The only thing I'd suggest is crediting account or adjusting time in the event something like this happens. There's no staff on duty on Sunday's so our only option was via the app and phone.
