There is no signage or designated return area. The person on duty pointed to spot in the lot and said if you can put it there that would be great, if not put it close. I disconnected the trailer myself. There was no inspection for damage (although the person did ask if everything went ok/any problems?).
GREGG SThe lady was very rude and didn’t actually want to do her job. When she had to hang up on a personal phone call she was on that’s when she got mad and started saying I was being rude, and she didn’t even have to rent me the uhaul truck if she didn’t want to. She tried to say I cussed at her which I did not because I don’t cuss. I don’t even like to hear other people use profanity.
