Everyone just stared at me while I was trying to get their attention to see where to park. No one ended up coming to help me so I just parked the truck and scanned the QR code and dropped the keys off in the drop box.

Carmen GNeed more signage costumer service personal. Owner is great but he is the only one on site to take care of customers, if he is not there there no one to ask. The rental office is not at the same spot the vehicles are and it lacks of signage pointing to the office at the market across the street. No body was at the car wash counter, waited for more than 20 mins. We had to ask the guys washing the cars and they sent us to the market. System was down and had issues taking the keys but I guess it wasn't their fault.
