ROZETTA HLots of trouble with the app. My authorized drivers had to work very hard to get things to work in spite of having my account on their phone app. The rep at my pickup location tried very hard to help us but to no avail.
Robert NLidtke was fine But the number of phone calls and no returned calls that I endured to make sure I had a truck was unacceptable.. I scheduled it 16 days in advance and my pick up location was moved 3 times . I finally had to rent a much bigger truck than I needed
