Had to go to 3 places to pick up a trailer I reserved 2 weeks prior. The trailer brakes were bad everytime I backed up it kept ebgaging the brakes it was very embarrassing when trying to back up, It would only move a few feet and lock up again. When I returned it the person said it looks like they had the chain to the brakes to tight, It was a major inconvenience since the pick up and the return date. I did even get at this location they called me 16 minutes prior and said the locks were frozen and sent me to a 3rd destination
DENNIS KMike was so friendly and very helpful. The rental pickup and drop off went as smooth as could be. I will be happy to deal with “The Vault “ location again.
NICHOLAS ANo one was there to pick up. I waited 40 minutes in cold/snow. Did mobile pick up and was outside again. Lock frozen to get to keys. Truck backed into metal fence and smashed against it. Piled high with snow to get into it. Lady that maybe works there walked in when I was leaving and acted shocked to see someone. Didn’t speak to me. Horrible experience. No one working and truck not easy to get to at all
Kristin BThe truck clearly needed to be vacuumed and wiped down. Also, the mobile check-in process was a nightmare at this location. The directions were trying to guide me through the gate to get to the truck(which the code didn't work anyways). The chat function in the app did not help my issue. But, there were clearly trucks parked outside of the gate and key boxes on the outside as well. I had to call a different UHaul place for them to transfer me to receive help and the correct instructions. I will now only rent a truck from the Chippewa location, not the Beaver Falls or Monaca location.
