When we returned our truck, we returned after hours, so we had no communication with the people at the building. There were two buildings there and one building had a mailbox and it took us a little bit to figure out that the other building was connected to U-Haul once we found that we found the key box to drop it off in the morning. We returned it a day early or an evening earlier I called them and they were very helpful and closing our account out and forwarding my receipt. if they could put something above the mailbox on the first building, pointing to the building that has the key drop off would be a big help to us when we return it. We were extremely exhausted and tired, and mentally not thinking straight.
