The owner of the car repair shop where the truck rental was located did not answer the phone and was not in the shop at my appointment time. A helper finally came out and called the owner who finally called me. On the phone he was kind and professional. He did tell me that U-Haul would reimburse me for any extra gas that was in the tank above what I left with.... that didn't happen.

Owner not present, dealt with over phone. Only person on site spoke no English. Seemed like nobody there when I walked in the door. Took ~10 minutes before we saw somebody.

JEANA RI had scheduled to pick up the uhaul at 3. And when I got to the office there was no one there that knew what to do i had to wait 20 min for the guy to come back from lunch. I had scheduled the pick up more than 24 hours in advance.
