This location was changed after I went to another place in Bellevue Florida. I showed up at the location and was told I have to go to another u-haul location to drop off the trailer. I was never notified even though my number and email address was available. Disappointed with constant changes on pick up and drop off places.

We reserved a wide dolly to tow behind the U Haul and they gave it to someone else. Then we spent 4 hours and had to travel 30 miles out of our way to get another one. VERY FRUSTRATED!!!

I filled gas tank to 5/8 tank as i got it...my worked was there Chance Doney 352 693 7700, he saw the tank being fille at shell 441 Belleview fl and dropped it off with me, IT WAS AT 5/8 TANK! Buchalla stole 17 dollars from me! TANK WAS AT %?* full!!!

When I was driving back to Florida, I received two messages from U-Haul. One told me to take the truck to one location and the other told me to take the car carrier to a different location. What a messed up system U-Haul has to do this. I called and was connected to an area U-Haul center and the agent updated the system, so that I could take both the truck and the car carrier back to the same location. I should not have to call, as I never should have gotten two separate messages telling me to take equipment to different locations!

First time using and must say slightly disappointed. Our preferred location turned us away to pick the truck up at a different location about 20 minuets out of the way. We were never notified of a location switch, which is the issue. If we would have been notified in advance, it would not have been an issue at all. I called to ask why we were not notified and was told "I don't know" by the man who answered the phone. The truck was used for business purposes, so our schedules were thrown off by lack of communication. Very unprofessional. We do much work in the area and I am unsure if we will be using your business in the future due to lack of communication and unprofessional attitude to the situation.

There's just one thing that I can think of that U-Haul could do to make the rental offer a little better on out of towns one way rentals. In my case I had to travel over 400 to the city I was hoping to pick my rental up from. "Understand" that wasn't a problem for me at all because that is what I had agreed and wanted to do was to travel one way with the rental equipment. My problem was I had to travel another 11plus miles south of the town I was hoping to pick up my rental from. That added more than another 20 plus miles round-trip to my total miles to pick up my rental. What I would like to see happen is that if I can't pick up my rental in the town that I'm wanting to move my product from as a courtesy I think that U-HAUL should consider offering an additional discount for the extra miles I had to travel to pick up my rental. In a situation involving travel as such as this I think that if a customer's request for a specific pick up point can't be met then again... It would be nice if U-HAUL included some kind of discount!!

The guy that did the U-Haul rental was very rude. I have rented many U-Haul Trailers before but never from this location. I will never rent from this location again. Then they tried to say that I was late with equipment. They never even asked how long I wanted it for. I rented a trailer two days prior and a different location and they told me as long as I brought it back before 9 AM the following day I was fine

Unorganized, the person that was supposed to go over equipment informed us that he was technically on lunch and never even did a walk around to look over for damages prior to taking equipment. I was informed it had 7/8 tank of fuel. As soon as it was pulled off hill it was parked on it was at 3/4 tank. There were more issues but not enough space to go over here. Still waiting for a call from company after I left info of my experience at drop location. Haven’t heard from anyone yet.
