SCREW THE AI NONSENSE WITH THE APP AND WEBSITE. It was extremely difficut to get a clear shot of the truck, just let us rent it. Yeesh.. SCREW THE GEOLOCATION REQUIREMENTS. I had to call in my friend so I could use their phone since your app wouldn't work with my phone to tell where I was. And calling customer support was no help because they couldn't manually override anything to let me get the truck. Very frustrating series of events. I won't be using Uhaul in the future.
