I was in a hurry when I finished up and didn’t have time to clean the truck. At other locations they clean it when finished and I understand I may have to pay a cleaning fee which is understandable. However I later get these harassing phone calls from Emmanuel threatening me if I didn’t get back there to clean the truck he would charge me a $500 cleaning fee. Of course I’m freaking out. I call the place and Emmanuel isn’t there so I had to drive all the way back to Greenbelt from Annapolis and I’m panicking he wanted me to clean the outside and inside and I don’t know my way around there finally I found a self service car wash. I will never go there again and wouldn’t recommend anyone else going there. One they need to be more forthcoming about cleaning it and give a location that cleans Uhaul trucks.

ORA GNeed more details about the charges. I returned my truck after the estimated time. My move took much longer than expected. He told me about the key Dropbox in case I came after closing but did not explain I would be charged a second day. If I knew that I would have kept the truck and completed the move.
