Shawn SBecky did an amazing job from reserving a truck, helping us get it ready, instructions on usage & returning..she was SUPER helpful. It was like SHE was more intent on OUR experience than preserving her time. She was great & the truck was just right. Kudos to U-Haul. She was the biggest reason I'd recommend them.
