Express check in was slow. Need to get this info ahead of time.
Jim C.Truck was dirty. The cab filled with gas fumes when I was driving it so I had to have both windows down all the time.
kel D.Actually call the person renting the truck to tell them that the equipment they also rented wasn't available especially if we get charged and it's not there prior to the pick up time. This added an extra 40 miles you will compensate me for and an additional hour to find other ones. This pickup location looks like a hillbilly dump and smelled like maggots. Should be shut down.
