U-Haul needs to fix their system issues. What a waste of everyone’s time
Rebecca VCharged an extra 20 dollars for an extra day/ convince fee when it was returned the day before but no one was there, gate locked and they wouldn’t answer the phone. So I left it out front this was durning normal business hours. 3pm on Thursday. Absolutely BS.
Brett BDidn’t make any contact with anyone as it was after hours. But took all th pictures and did what the app said and it was easy.
