The location is a busy convenience store that is understaffed. We had a change that was an issue on our end, but the location had limited and confusing availability. We ended up with a truck that was 2x the cost of a trailer Fortunately, the gal that was working both the rentals and convenience store was a keeper. Thank you for being relentless!
