Seemed so random to rent a U-Haul from a mail store but it worked no hassle no wait. The van was dirty from the previous rental but what to expect with cargo van !?

I'm highly upset with this location. I recently rented from them for a move in had from Sacramento.. mind you the guy there when I picked up asked me what time I may be back i told him like 5/530ish he said ok we may be closed if you make it past 6pm. So just park at an open stall and drop key in key box, I said ok.. heading back around 430 I ran into crazy traffic ( it's Halloween also) I wasn't worried about time much being what the guy said earlier, but no i started getting harassing phone calls from another employee saying I need to hurry back cuzz he's waiting to use it. I finally get back ..gas to same point where it was and went in.. he said nothing but your recipe will be emailed to u ,I said ok.. few moments later I checked my account and seen he took an additional 140.00 out my account talking about 2day rental plus an additional 100 miles charge im pissed heading back up there today
JERMAINE MMail Boxes location was confident. Store manager was helpful and pleasant.
MAUREEN SAbsolutely horrible location. Super busy city location right across from some super poshy Country Club. No parking to pickup or return the Uhual, had to park super far away, meanwhile rich complainers from the Country Club are yelling at you because they don’t like how you are parking. No thought of customer experience with this location. Check in took forever because of how far we had to park and walk to the store then back to the truck then back to the store. Would NEVER use this location again.
STEVEN LI was charged for fuel but I returned the van with the same fuel amount when I rented it. I would like a fuel refund.
