I have no opinion on recommending the drop off location. It was easy, plenty of space to turn around and back up which is nice and things went well to complete the transaction. But it was just a return.
Susan EFirst of all process drop off of vehicle when we drop off vehicle. We dropped off truck on the Saturday after using truck for about 5 hours. We were charged an extra day saying we dropped off the truck twenty minutes late. We in fact dropped off the truck more than 12 hours early. Get your facts straight!!!
andrea mParking lot was full of snow and ice. Truck was full of snow and ice I had to clean it off myself. Did not even provide a snow brush. Customer service was absolutely horrendous
JUSTIN CMistakenly, we were charged for 2 days and were promised a refund. We never got the refund and were overcharged. Still trying to fight it with UHaul. Terrible service, not professional at all.
