The location where I rented the truck has really poor customer service. They don’t disclose the fees and stamp you with hidden fees like fuel service fee plus the price of the fuel when I had the attention to leave the fuel level exactly how I found it. After complaining they said they couldn’t do anything because the contract was already closed and that I needed to call the U-Haul customer service. Very very poor experience!

THOMAS BCommunication & promptness issues. Rental requested was for the afternoon. After returning trailer I saw it was for the next day return (24 hr rental). Person asked for my phone # three times. Then put in wrong rental return address, had to call u haul support (which was fine btw). U haul app glitched when it asked for pics of my driver’s license and pickup pictures, which did not happen.

Paul SThis is not about that location specifically. The UHaul itself was not a user friendly company in my experience. The insurance part is very vaguely explained in the website and although I have reserved another location, I had to drive 30kms to get the truck. Also I was charged extra.
