This location was very friendly and helpful! They had the equipment that we needed to rent at the last minute, they helped us hook everything up to our vehicle (even including loaning us an adapter that we needed). I would definitely rent from this location again!

All good as far as the rental goes, but very upset and dissatisfied by my experience with your ride share folks who got me to agree to tow a trailer from athens to asheville. I changed my plans to accommodate them and then they canceled when I was on the road there. They offered additional days and milage but that was of no value to me.
