The site was posted as open as of 9am. I showed up for my reservation at 10:10am and the doors were locked and lights were off. When calling the customer service to compass self storage, I was told there’s nothing they can do. I left to find an alternate U-Haul location and when doing so I received a call back saying they’re ready to complete my reservation with no explanation as to why the location was shuttered over an hour after open. This was a very poor experience and I will seek alternate truck providers in the future.
Bari DI accidently left my keys and other important items. When I called. The guy who i left the trick with already had all my stuff in an envelope with my name on it. Great work
