Fist of all there was only 1/2 tank of gas when I entered the truck. The cab of the truck was filthy. There was spilled beverages in the cup holders and the dash looked like it had not been wiped down or dusted in years. It was gross.

No personnel needed. It was a key drop

BARI DThe site was posted as open as of 9am. I showed up for my reservation at 10:10am and the doors were locked and lights were off. When calling the customer service to compass self storage, I was told there’s nothing they can do. I left to find an alternate U-Haul location and when doing so I received a call back saying they’re ready to complete my reservation with no explanation as to why the location was shuttered over an hour after open. This was a very poor experience and I will seek alternate truck providers in the future.
