My U-Haul had duct tape holding the radiator hose on the radiator. It blew up on i64 six days ago in Frankfort Ky. We had to stay overnight in a hotel with a newborn baby and our 9 year old. No one has ever contacted me from my haul on this matter. I’ve called over 12 times. Worst business in the US

My truck broke down while I was on a 2 lane road and I was fortunate not to get in an accident. The customer service rep at corporate U-Haul accused me of not having gas. The truth was I picked it up and it was on E and I put a quarter tank of gas in it. The reason it broke down was due to an electrical issue. No one offered me any compensation for the 2+ hours I lost while waiting for the repair.
MICHAEL KI was in a dangerous situation- headlight out- the back door kept getting stuck up and if it weren’t for tall men I would have been unable to drive- parking break not working well- last time I rented the brakes were a little iffy- as a woman I am tough but putting me in a dangerous situation is not good- the organizers do not want me renting any longer through UHAUL- I am no safe and the thousands of dollars of musical equipment is not safe

MAURICE SThe truck's interior was really dirty. A layer of dust on everything; spilled drink splashed on dash and in cupholders. Also, the truck was out of alignment - pulled right at highway speed.
