I initially had a reservation scheduled at another facility and my truck was not there to be picked up. I then had to call customer support and have them find a different location, which was farther away from where we needed the truck. Incredibly inconvenient.
JONAH PWhen i got my uhaul it was filthy inside. Had food residue, and what looked like a drink spilt on the passenger side, the dashboard. I did not clean up someone else's mess which i'm sure they got charged a cleaning fee for and then when I returned it, I got charged at cleaning fee as well.

Rondy JI recommend not using the 24/7 Truck Share. This adds extra work for you the customer with no added savings. After filling the gas tank over the required limit I was still charged an additional $25 upon returning the U-Haul to this location. Ridiculous to say the least.
